What is your minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is 120 pairs per design. Mixed sizes can be combined within the same design, which helps brands test the market more flexibly. For grip socks, the MOQ is 300 pairs because the anti-slip grip setup and quality control process are more complex.
Can I get samples before bulk production?
Yes. We recommend sampling before bulk orders, especially for premium brand projects. Samples help confirm pattern clarity, yarn color, size, material hand feel and packaging details before production begins. We can also deliver professional sock product photos free of charge for approved projects. If you only want to review the quality of socks we have made before, we can send stock samples that match the relevant technique; you only need to pay the shipping cost.
Can I mix sizes in one order?
Yes. For a single design, you can mix sizes such as women, men or youth sizes within the MOQ. We will help confirm the practical size split based on your design and target market.
Artwork and Customization
Do you provide design assistance?
Yes. You can send a logo, reference image, sketch or brand guideline. Our team can help turn it into a production-ready sock layout and advise which technique best matches the artwork.
Can you match brand colors?
We can work from Pantone references, HEX references and yarn color cards. Because socks are made with yarn or printed on textile surfaces, exact color behavior depends on material, technique and lighting, so critical colors are confirmed during sampling.
Which customization techniques do you support?
We support jacquard knitting, embroidery, digital printing, screen printing, sewn labels, heat transfer, terry construction, grip patterns and private label packaging.
Manufacturing and Timing
How long does sample production take?
Typical sample production takes about 7 to 15 working days depending on design complexity, yarn availability, technique and packaging requirements.
How long does bulk production take?
Bulk timing depends on quantity, technique, yarn availability, packaging and approval speed. As a practical reference, 100 to 300 pairs can often be completed in about 10 working days, and 300 to 3,000 pairs can often be completed in about 20 working days after sample approval and deposit. Larger orders, special yarns, detailed packaging or peak-season schedules may require more time, and we will confirm the production plan before order confirmation.

We ship worldwide by express courier, air freight or sea freight depending on order size, timing and destination. We can help compare shipping choices for your budget and timeline.
What payment methods do you accept?
Standard terms are usually T/T bank transfer with deposit before production and balance before shipment. PayPal may be available for sample orders or smaller transactions.
