Digital Printing Custom Process
For 360 digital printing socks, customers send us a vertical sock-body design file. We convert it into a production layout proof so you can confirm the pattern position, scale, and front/back effect before sampling and bulk production.
The clearest starting file is a vertical artwork image in a 5:10 ratio, similar to a flat sock-body print file. This helps us understand the full repeat, the main graphic direction, and how the design should wrap around the sock.
Artwork format
AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, or high-resolution JPG. Layered files are best when text, logos, or colors may need adjustment.
Placement notes
Tell us which parts must appear on the front, back, outer side, inner side, cuff, toe, or heel.
Sock details
Send sock height, size range, base material preference, quantity, and any packaging requirements.
Color reference
Pantone, HEX, brand guide, or product photos help us judge the printed sample more accurately.
After receiving your design, we place the artwork onto a sock layout proof. This proof shows how the design will sit on the sock body, including the front, back, side area, cuff, toe, and heel relationship.
Step 03 / Finished Effect
Once the layout is confirmed, we produce the digital printed sock sample. These front and back photos show how the design appears after printing on the finished sock shape.
The front view helps confirm the main visual focus, logo readability, color balance, and the overall impact when the sock is worn or photographed.
The back view confirms how the artwork continues around the sock and whether secondary graphics, repeats, and side transitions look clean.
